Enable OpenTelemetry in the .NET Agent
The .NET Agent supports three modes to send the OpenTelemetry signals:

Hybrid Mode:

Generates both Splunk AppDynamics APM data and OpenTelemetry traces using Splunk AppDynamics instrumentation rules.

Dual Signal Mode

Generates Splunk AppDynamics APM data with OpenTelemetry signals using the Splunk Distribution of OpenTelemetry .NET.

Consumes higher memory and CPU than the hybrid mode.

OpenTelemetry Only Mode
- Generates OpenTelemetry signals using the Splunk Distribution of OpenTelemetry .NET.

Does not generate Splunk AppDynamics APM data (it does not register with the Controller).
